The still point massage team

In order to give all of our clients the best care possible, we understand that every therapist has their strengths and surpasses another in certain areas of the body.

Every LMT has their "favorite area" of treatment they love massaging and it's their thing. So we strongly encourage the clients to try ALL of our therapists. It allows them more availability with scheduling if they have two three that they like, and it also allows them to know who is best suited for them should they have a headache, versus another therapist that is excellent with shoulder injuries. Finally, our therapists are not territorial. At Still Point we ALL encourage you to try a variety of different therapies for the reasons mentioned above. The client should never feel uncomfortable if the previous client sees them coming or leaving with a different therapist. The client is free to feel relaxed about this and it is important for me that they know that.

Rayna G.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Hi I'm Rayna, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014 and I love every minute of it. I have worked in all areas of massage from chiropractic offices to day spa's. I can help ease your pain or help you relax and forget the world for a while. I love doing treatment work, I have always had a caring personality and love taking care of people. I was a CNA for a few years and it was very rewarding and I definitely learned a lot. I decided I wanted to transition away from caregiving and find something more long term. I have loved every bit of my career as a therapist and I couldn't imagine doing anything else with my life.

Hey, I’m Liz! I graduated from Everest in 2015.

I have a passion for helping people with chronic pain and chronic illness. I’ve been very fortunate to have been able to work alongside Mental Health Practitioners, Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, and Naturopathic Doctors during my career so I appreciate Massage as an integral part of collaborative treatment in order to enable and empower people to reach their health goals.

I also have Spa experience so I like to combine relaxation techniques and treatment techniques in my work. I’m familiar with deep tissue and myofascial work, and am certified in Cupping/Gua Sha and level II Reiki. In late 2018 I decided to go back to school to pursue a degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture to further my career so currently, I’m studying biology in preparation to transfer to Acupuncture school.
