Important Announcement

With the exciting additions to our team, we will take this opportunity to announce a change to our inner structure and dynamic. We are now supporting massage therapists who are independent small business owners. At Still Point Massage and Wellness Studio (SPMWS), we now proudly host a collaborative group of independent massage therapists who provide diverse services. Each therapist operates their practice and is no longer an employee of SPMWS. This means they manage their bookings and are individually responsible for the services they provide. We encourage you to contact them directly with any concerns or feedback about a specific therapist. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our community of independent professionals.

As we transition, you can still schedule with our therapists through the website and the Mind Body app; however, soon, please prepare to begin planning your sessions with each therapist separately via a link in their bio on the website. We will let you know as we move forward with this transition. With all the new changes, we must remind you of our policies and procedures for booking medical massages online.

For NEW Medical Clients…

Please only schedule a Medical Massage once your insurance has been verified. You can do this by visiting our website and clicking the “INSURANCE VERIFICATION” tab. Please allow 3-5 business days after entering your insurance information for our billing department to verify coverage.

For EXISTING Medical Clients…
Please schedule your appointment as a "MEDICAL MASSAGE" if you intend to use your medical insurance. Do not schedule a Cash Massage when you expect your medical insurance to cover your session. For example, a therapist is available online for a cash massage session but not a medical one. In that case, the session is unavailable for medical online; the therapist cannot bill your insurance because they are not A provider for your plan. So please do not bypass the system to make that time slot work for your schedule. These policies and procedures are in place to protect you from unnecessary charges and our therapist from losing money on a scheduling error. If you bypass the pop-up warnings and book a session incorrectly, you will be charged the cash rate at checkout.

90-MINUTE MEDICAL MASSAGES-

90-Minute Massages are RARELY covered under insurance plans. For this reason, they are not an option with online booking. Please don't schedule a 90-minute message if you plan to use your insurance. When we verify your insurance coverage details, we will let you know if your plan covers 90 minutes. To schedule a 90-minute Medical Massage, please email or call the studio to book your appointment.
